Vegan Ayurvedic Apple Chai Breakfast Bake for Vata Season/Fall
Vata Season (fall-early winter) is a time for cocooning, grounding, nourishing, and nurturing, and this certainly encompasses how and what we feed our bodies.
And with Canadian Thanksgiving just around the corner, this weekend of gathering with family invites us to connect with exactly those energies. So why not bring Ayurveda into this time together, and share the gifts of this wisdomful healing system with those you love the most?
And what better way than through food?
This delicious, Ayurvedic Apple Chai breakfast bake is the most perfect breakfast to serve to your loved ones in the morning. It is Vata-reducing with its infusion of our Ayurvedic Tulsi Chai, as well as with its warmth, unctuousness and heaviness, and still fairly simple to digest for most.
