RASA Ayurveda was founded by Tiffany Nicholson-Smith

 

An International Spiritual Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and a Lover of Life, Tiffany has been sharing the gifts of Ayurveda, Meditation & Yoga globally for almost 2 decades. Tiffany grew up in the quiet and solitude of the Canadian countryside. Life quickly directed her to journey to India and Thailand in her early 20s, where she lived for many years. Over these years she has had the opportunity to study and submerge herself in ongoing teachings and extensive retreats with her teachers, immersing herself deeply into Advaita Vedanta, Ayurveda, Hatha Yoga & Tantra.

Very early on in her journey to India she became inspired and fascinated with the beauty and potency of ancient Ayurveda. This led her to study extensively in India and the US, and eventually inspired her to the path of currently completing her Doctorate of Ayurveda. She bows in the utmost gratitude to all of the Vaidyas that have sewn the seeds of Ayurveda in her Heart, and offers particular gratitude for the blessings bestowed by her Ayurvedic Guruji, Dr. Vasant Lad.

In 2015, upon returning to Canada, she opened a clinical practice. During that time, she recognized the need for a Canadian source of high-quality + pure Ayurvedic products and medicine. 

And so RASA Ayurveda was born! Of the inspiration to serve and allow Ayurveda to flourish widely!

 

From that moment, RASA Ayurveda became a collaborative site for:

  • Clinical offerings - Consultations, Therapies and Treatment Programs

  • School - Retreats, Immersions, Courses

  • Apothecary - An Extensive Line of Ayurvedic Healing Products

 

Today, RASA Ayurveda is Canada's largest and most well-known Ayurvedic Apothecary, now even expanding our reach worldwide.

At present, Tiffany lives in the forested hills of Quebec, where she teaches at her Vichara Yoga Shala and offers Ayurvedic Consultations in her cozy clinic. She also travels worldwide offering Retreats, Trainings and Immersions, as well as Ayurvedic Consultations and Private Sessions through her mobile clinical practice in which she sees people in-person and online.
