Ayurvedic buttermilk - Takra - is light and easy to digest, while also offering the gifts of balancing digestion and countering dehydration. We've made a vegan version with coconut cream, making it further cooling, and so that everyone can enjoy!
🥥Vegan Coconut Takra🥥
- 2-3 tbsp Coconut Cream
- 1/2-1 tsp Pitta Spice Mix
- Squeeze of Lemon 🍋
- Filtered Water 💧
Mix together and enjoy as a snack or after a meal to decrease heat and balance Agni (aka improve and heal your digestion!)
